- Deep expertise in scalable data ingestion from many sources.
- Experience shipping productized, multi-tenant data offerings with SLAs.
- Solid engineering fundamentals: version control, code review, CI/CD.
- Nice to have: Snowflake + dbt with in-warehouse AI; ML/MLOps; AWS.
