Data Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Collaborate with program managers to solve data needs at scale.
• Own day-to-day automations for onboarding/offboarding across systems.
• Maintain data integrity and up-to-date CRM data.
• Manage user identity across systems; deduplicate identities.
• Handle data imports, exports, and migrations from multiple sources.
• Build automations and integrations to save staff time.

🎯 Requirements

• CRM administration experience (HubSpot preferred).
• Familiarity with Git and command-line workflows.
• Experience with or willingness to learn: HubSpot, Airtable, Slack Enterprise Grid, dbt, DuckDB, Dagster.
• Experience using agentic AI to manage workflows and write code.
• Familiarity with APIs; read API docs and troubleshoot with LLMs.
• Interest in mission-driven organizations or causes.
