📋 Description

• Own and execute data strategy for frontier AI research teams.
• Drive vendor partnerships and scalable data-collection frameworks.
• Design and implement data pipelines from requirements to production.
• Build evaluation frameworks and data quality standards for training state-of-the-art AI.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to boost research velocity with quality standards.
• Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in data operations.
• Partner with senior researchers to align data ops with model roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 3+ years in operations, consulting, product management, or program management.
• Strong project management with multiple complex projects.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiar with how LLMs work or strong interest in AI training methodologies.
• Highly organized and able to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, spreadsheets).
