- Strong data-as-a-product mindset across enterprise domains.
- Knowledge of business, data, application and technology architecture.
- Excellent communication to influence stakeholders on data models.
- Experience in a matrixed environment with cross-domain data modellers.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum in large-scale environments.
- Proficiency with modelling tools: Visual Paradigm, ERwin, PowerDesigner, ER Studio.
