Lead data analytics in Financial Crime, covering Transaction Monitoring, Screening, KYC, and Fraud.
Steer data projects from inception to delivery.
Define data strategy aligned with Data strategy and Product goals.
Define and implement key metrics for the product team.
Manage development and deployment of ML/AI models.
Collaborate with Data Managers across domains to share learnings and align.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in risk analysis, AML, fraud, and data analytics.
Experience building and leading a team of analysts.
Experience with data stack: dbt, Google Cloud Platform, Sigma, LookerStudio, Airflow.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Interest and exposure to GenAI and Agentic AI is valuable.
