- Extract, cleanse, deduplicate, and migrate client data from source systems into Azure or Salesforce.
- Design and execute data transformation pipelines mapping source data to our schema, with rules and validation.
- Implement and manage productized integrations, coordinating with clients and internal teams for on-time deployments.
- Own and maintain custom integrations on Talend, including monitoring and documentation.
- Evaluate integration needs and recommend tools (Talend, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Build reusable ETL templates and frameworks to accelerate future migration and integration engagements.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in data engineering, ETL, and data migration.
- Strong SQL skills: complex queries, stored procedures, window functions.
- Strong Python for data transformation, scripting, automation.
- Experience extracting and migrating data from databases and CRMs.
- Experience with Talend, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
- Data cleansing, deduplication, and schema mapping techniques.
- Snowflake experience for transformation and query optimization.
- Leadership or mentorship experience preferred; strong ICs welcome.
