🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's in quantitative/analytical; equivalent experience accepted.
- 8+ years of healthcare data integration experience.
- Proven expertise in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with dashboarding tools or Python for data analysis.
- Flexibility to support on-call rotations and time-critical deliverables.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
