Data & Insights Lead (Ops & Efficiency)

📋 Description

• Provide data support to Ops, Finance, People and leaders to enable data-informed decisions.
• Be the primary data partner to key stakeholders, driving data usage and analyses.
• Collaborate with Tech team to ensure data tooling and assets are accessible.
• Embed within domain teams to translate data needs into tangible assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in data-oriented roles in fast-moving tech.
• Excellent ability to communicate actionable insights.
• SQL reading/writing proficiency.
• Hands-on Tableau or equivalent tooling.
• Ability to translate complex domains into data definitions and metrics.
• Right to work in the UK; able to work from the London office 3+ days/week.
