📋 Description

  • Establish and scale enterprise data governance across HR, Finance, IT.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in Data Governance, HRIS, or Analytics; 5-8+ years in Workday Reporting.
  • Deep expertise in Workday data structures, security models, and calculated fields.
  • Experience with GDPR, HIPAA, SOX controls and audits.
  • Documentation proficiency for data dictionaries, metadata, and lineage.
  • Preferred: Workday HCM or Reporting Certifications; Gen AI or automation in People Ops.
