📋 Description

• Set strategy and roadmap for data governance as AI-native.
• Lead governance across Data Platforms, Risk, Security, and Compliance.
• Define governance for AI-first business; set multi-quarter vision.
• Run intake and prioritization with senior stakeholders; decide what to build first.
• Decide where governance enables AI speed and where it slows us down.
• Use AI plugins to map dependencies and keep the roadmap grounded in reality.

🎯 Requirements

• History shipping programs in regulated environments.
• 8+ years leading cross-functional TPM/delivery in security, compliance, or data.
• Strong data governance: access controls, data lifecycle, privacy, audits, ITGC, pipelines.
• AI-plugin driven delivery mindset; drive everyday delivery this way.
• Able to align engineering, legal, privacy, data platform, and security teams.
• Nice-to-have: PM cert and fintech/regulatory experience.
