  • Prepare merchant accounts ahead of onboarding with product, inventory, and config data.
  • Cross-reference data across spreadsheets, CRM, and POS to ensure consistency.
  • Flag and document data anomalies for resolution.

  • 1-3 years in data entry or data operations, ideally SaaS/retail/fintech.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy across large data volumes.
  • Excel or Google Sheets pro (cleaning, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or POS/back-office SaaS tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with bulk CSV imports, data migration, or catalogue management in SaaS.
