- Review merchant data templates for errors and missing fields; follow up to resolve gaps.
- Fulfil ad-hoc data requests from Onboarding Specialists, Account Managers, and Support teams within SLA.
🎯 Requirements
- 1-3 years in data entry or data operations (SaaS/retail fintech preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy on large data volumes.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or POS/back-office SaaS tools.
- Strong organizational skills with multi-project management.
