📋 Description

• Lead a team of 5 engineers in high-volume data streaming/storage.
• Support architecture decisions and scalable trade-offs.

• Deliver high-impact, large-scale backend/data projects for the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Backend or data engineer with data-intensive/high-scale experience.
• 2+ years in engineering management focusing on delivery.
• Pragmatic, structured management: mentoring, 1:1s, goals.
• Familiar with AWS/Azure, Kafka, Go, Scala; ClickHouse; Singlestore a plus.
