🎯 Requirements
- 9+ years in data engineering and analytics.
- 4+ years leading data engineering teams; mentoring.
- Batch/streaming data processing, SQL, ETL schedulers (Airflow, Dagster).
- Lead cross-team data projects enabling ML features with ML teams.
- Design, build, and govern key business metrics.
- Strong technical/strategic vision; translate objectives into plans.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
