🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years leading data teams or data engineering.
- Experience with AWS, Terraform, streaming, batch, warehousing.
- Ability to define roadmaps and deliver autonomously.
- Collaborates effectively with Product Managers and stakeholders.
- People management and hiring experience.
- Strong cross-functional communication with data and software teams.
