🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years as Data/Software Engineer; 2+ years managing data teams.
- Thrive in greenfield data environments; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Deep hands-on with GCP and data warehouses (BigQuery preferred); Bachelor's degree.
- Strong orchestration (Airflow, Dagster), ELT (Fivetran, dbt), Spark/Flink.
- Hands-on with AI tools to speed engineering workflows (code generation, reviews, debugging).
- Proficient in Python (and/or Scala) and SQL across relational/non-relational DBs.
