🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL in production
- Deep understanding of cloud DB architecture, PaaS vs IaaS, and hybrid cloud models
- Strong command of T-SQL, PowerShell, and optionally Python or C#
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
- Familiarity with FHIR or HL7 healthcare data standards is a plus
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and clinical teams
