Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of undefined problems, scope, and ship data solutions.
• Ship customer-facing analytics dashboards and features in production.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement tracking services across products.
• Interface with teams needing data solutions; translate fuzzy requirements into deliverables.
• Raise quality across the data team via architecture decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
• Research new tech; bring ideas to integrate AI into data workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience across data engineering, full-stack development, analytics, or related mix.
• Solid data engineering experience—pipelines, warehouses, data modeling and quality.
• Full-stack development experience—shipped production code.
• Hands-on with dbt and BigQuery, or similar stacks (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Self-motivated and resourceful; ships work and communicates across teams.
• Comfortable across the stack and disciplines; not afraid to jump in.
