Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and scale ETL/ELT pipelines and compute infra across clouds.
• Ingest and integrate new data sources for analytics and ML.
• Define requirements with Analytics/Business teams for a data mart.
• Collaborate with Data Science to deploy ML models in production (MLOps, monitoring).
• Ensure data quality, observability, and governance across pipelines.
• Drive innovation in data architecture, tooling, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• 1-4 years in data engineering, software, or analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency.
• Experience with cloud data platforms: Azure Synapse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks.
• Power BI or similar analytics/BI experience.
• Git, agile practices; orchestration tools like Airflow/Prefect/Azure Data Factory.

• Compensation: $105,000 - 140,000
