Create and maintain technical support docs and runbooks.
Drive operational best practices for monitoring, incident management, and problem management.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in data engineering with focus on operational support.
Advanced SQL skills with query optimization.
Python for automation and data processing.
Experience with AWS, Databricks, Spark.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL/ELT.
Airflow and monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana) experience.
