Build scalable data pipelines for ecosystem modeling
Create reproducible workflows for standardized model inputs/outputs
Integrate diverse datasets (field, management, soil, weather) into pipelines
Design and maintain cloud-based infrastructure for modeling pipelines
Ensure data quality, versioning, traceability, and auditable workflows
Collaborate with Data Science and Tech teams to align data infra with modeling needs

🎯 Requirements

3+ years building scalable data pipelines with Python
Strong Python and production-grade data engineering skills
Experience with AWS or cloud platforms
Docker and GitHub familiarity
PostgreSQL and PostGIS experience
Geospatial data processing experience
Ecosystem modeling workflows support; Airflow/Prefect familiarity
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field
