- Snowflake or equivalent data warehouse production experience.
- End-to-end pipelines with Keboola and dbt; plus ELT tooling.
- Hands-on CDP experience (Segment, RudderStack, mParticle) and tracking plans.
- Data contracts mindset: schema stability, freshness SLAs, clear interfaces.
