📋 Description

• Analyze search-related issues and apply resolutions per policies.
• Review and correct large data volumes; document issues.
• Escalate issues to relevant internal teams.
• Perform deep dives and root-cause analysis.
• Work with mapping tools per guidelines.
• Use Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar).

🎯 Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high concentration.
• General understanding of traffic regulations and mapping fundamentals.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative communicator: English and Ukrainian.
• Technical fluency with Google Workspace and willingness to learn tools.
