- Collaborate with PMs, analysts, and developers to migrate clients to TaxSys.
- Join a project team of 2-3 developers and 2-3 data analysts.
- Reverse-engineer legacy tax data and write conversion specs for TaxSys.
- QA results and refine specs; track down bad customer data.
- Communicate clearly with clients and management; tailor to audience.
- Be the face of Grant Street Group; guide clients through data verification.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year direct experience working with customers
- Experience with data mapping and specifications for developers
- Analyzing data using SQL tools; SQL experience
- Outstanding planning and time management skills
- ETL tool experience and/or dbVisualizer a plus
- Willingness to travel ~15% annually
