Lead, mentor, and support a team of Data Collection Specialists.
Ensure data is collected accurately and on schedule from marketplace platforms.
Develop and enforce SOPs and best practices for manual and automated data collection.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and QA teams to meet business needs.
Track team performance and provide regular feedback and training to elevate execution.
Actively participate in data collection during high-volume periods or for complex sources.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in data operations, content ops, or related roles; 1+ year leadership preferred.
1+ year of team leadership experience.
Strong communication and collaboration across teams/time zones.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for clean, reliable data.
Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Chrome, shared drives, and S3.
Familiarity with marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or Flipkart.
