Data Center Technician (On-site)

📋 Description

• Provide on-site data center support and remote-hand services.
• Install, terminate, test, and label cross-connects in the data center.
• Install and manage structured cabling infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot physical cabling and infrastructure issues.
• Move racks, power strips, rails, and equipment as needed.
• Support compute, network, and storage gear and perform readiness tests.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in data center support.
• On-call rotation for after-hours support.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• CompTIA A+, BICSI or similar cert preferred.
• Good OSI model understanding.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
