Monitor and manage data center power, cooling capacity, and environmental conditions.
Act as first responder to incidents; manage workflow for planned/unplanned maintenance.
Maintain daily operations and service delivery; coordinate with CMMS/BMS.
Document issues, assist with incident resolution, and follow change controls.
Respond to emergencies and ensure timely recovery of data center services.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of data center experience.
High school diploma/GED; degree preferred.
Technical knowledge of electrical distribution, UPS, PDUs, HVAC, and BMS/CMMS.
Ability to read schematics and architectural drawings.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
