Monitor and manage power, cooling, and environmental conditions in the data center.
Act as first responder to data center incidents.
Manage workflow for planned and unplanned data center work.
Maintain daily data center operations from a service-delivery perspective.
Coordinate PM work and document procedures for CMMS/BMS monitoring.
Ensure compliance with federal and local safety laws and policies.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Degree in related field or technical certification preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Knowledge of electrical distribution, HVAC, UPS, BMS/CMMS.
MS Office proficiency; report writing; reading schematics.
3+ years data center experience required.
