- Perform facility walkthroughs, record readings, and maintain reports.
- Monitor, operate, maintain, and respond to irregular events (mechanical, electrical, network, security).
- Lead troubleshooting during equipment failure; provide preventive recommendations.
- Perform preventative maintenance (gens, filters, batteries, elevator tests).
- Assist vendors with maintenance and repairs to mechanical systems and security.
- Inspect lighting, grounds, and equipment; identify hazards and take corrective action.
🎯 Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years in a data center environment or equivalent.
- Certifications: BICSI, DCCA, AMP ACT I & ACT II.
- Networking, low-voltage cabling, access control, and critical infra (HVAC/Generators/UPS).
- Ability to write a MOP for preventative maintenance, installation, and repair.
