Data Center Technician, HVAC

📋 Description

• Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment (refrigeration and A/C)
• Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Repair/replace faulty parts and controls (thermostats, valves, belts, etc)
• Use hand/power tools, welder, vacuum pump, testers; maintain inventory
• Maintain records and prepare reports
• Assist teammates and help keep facility clean

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years HVAC experience or equivalent
• Skilled mechanical maintenance of HVAC/R systems
• Experience calibrating systems
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance
• Able to write MOPs for PM, installation and repair
• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R equipment
• Follow oral and written instructions
• Work well independently and in a team
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• 24/7 shift availability and on-call rotation
• EPA Universal Certification
