📋 Description

• Support outsourced data center and infrastructure services.
• Track rack installation, deployment support, and data center activities.
• Identify delivery risks and escalate concerns as needed.
• Analyze service performance, deployment trends, and vendor metrics.
• Maintain dashboards and recurring operational reports.
• Coordinate onboarding for new sites and deployment waves.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting infrastructure operations, DC services, or hardware deployment.
• Familiarity with data center environments, rack hardware, or build-out processes.
• Strong analytical skills with spreadsheets, dashboards, or trackers.
• Comfort working with operational metrics, SLAs, and service indicators.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams and vendors.
• Strong ownership, follow-through, and accountability in execution-heavy settings.
