📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day security ops across multiple sites
• Define and enforce access control standards (badging, visitors, escorts)
• Ensure consistent post orders, procedures, and security protocols
• Lead escalation and coordination of security incidents
• Audit readiness for SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001; maintain records
• Manage contract security vendors; oversee CCTV and alarms

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in physical security, data center ops, or mission-critical environments
• 2+ years leading teams in a 24x7 environment
• Experience managing contract security vendors and guard operations
• Experience in audited environments (SOC 1, SOC 2, or ISO 27001)
• Strong understanding of access control systems, CCTV, and physical security ops
• Ability to operate across multiple sites and maintain consistent standards
