🎯 Requirements

- Experience with time-series data from industrial sensors (SCADA, BMS).
- Clear communication to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Unbiased problem-solving and ownership aligned with company values.
- Interest in AI/LLMs for root-cause analysis and automated reporting (preferred).
