Data Center Quality Manager

📋 Description

• Quality mgmt at the center of infrastructure delivery.
• Partner with Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Ops to embed quality.
• Own quality governance, escalation paths, and executive reporting.
• Standardize NCRs, deviation workflows, and CAPA processes.
• Lead supplier quality onboarding, audits, and readiness reviews.
• Investigate field quality issues and implement corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in quality mgmt/engineering in infra, manufacturing, or tech.
• Experience building and owning QMS across multi-supplier ecosystems.
• Proven supplier audits, FAT/SAT, and CAPA programs with outcomes.
• Structured problem solving: 8D, FMEA, RCA, SPC.
• Experience with complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to define, track, and report quality KPIs with impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related.
• Preferred: MS/PhD in engineering or related field; ASQ CQE/CQA certs.
