- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving data center infrastructure with staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Install, configure, maintain, and reclaim servers, networking gear, racks, cabinets, and cabling.

- Coordinate vendor maintenance, onsite visits, facility access, and remote site support.

🎯 Requirements
- Two-year technical degree, or 8–10 years of equivalent experience, or MOS.
- Subject matter expert in security/biometrics, CMDB, and capacity planning.
- Experience with building and computerized management systems for monitoring.
- Proficiency with Ethernet, CAT6, and fiber (single-mode and multi-mode) wiring.
- Understanding data center cooling and airflow management.
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
