- Manage inventory, asset lifecycle, shipping/receiving, and CMDB records.
- Monitor facility infrastructure, respond to alarms, coordinate resolution.
- Oversee maintenance by vendors/contractors; ensure change mgmt and standards.
- Support new deployments, rack/cage installations, and hardware buildouts.
- Participate in on-call rotation; provide after-hours support.
🎯 Requirements
- Two-year technical degree or 4-8 years related technical experience.
- Experience in data center operations, infrastructure maintenance, and asset management.
- Advanced cabling skills: Ethernet, CAT6, single- and multi-mode fiber.
- Server, storage, and networking hardware installation, maintenance, and reclamation.
- Familiarity with building management systems and environmental monitoring.
- Understanding of networking concepts and physical infrastructure requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact professionally with clients and teams.
