Diagnose and troubleshoot data center equipment with LightEdge teams and vendors.
Install servers and networking gear into racks with cabling.
Assist with new client service installations with project teams.
Receive and document incoming shipments.
Respond to and resolve alarm events affecting infrastructure.
Follow Change Control processes and review MOPs for changes.

🎯 Requirements

A minimum of a two-year technical degree, or 1 to 4 years of equivalent tech experience.
Experience in network cabling termination: Ethernet, CAT6, fiber.
Experience with routine maintenance tasks in data centers.
Familiarity with telecommunications, central office equipment, and transport systems.
Strong skills in computer hardware and software, MS Office, and web browsers.
A working knowledge of electricity and electrical literature is essential.
