Diagnose and troubleshoot data center equipment with LightEdge team, contractors, and vendors
Install servers and networking gear into racks with cabling
Coordinate with project managers and technicians for client service installations
Receive and document incoming shipments
Respond to alarm events affecting infrastructure and services
Follow Change Control processes and review MOPs

🎯 Requirements

Two-year technical degree or 1-4 years technical experience
Network cabling termination Ethernet CAT6 Fiber
Day-to-day data center maintenance experience
Familiarity with telco central office equipment/transport systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
