Collaborate with LightEdge staff, contractors, and vendors to troubleshoot data center hardware.
Install servers and networking equipment into racks with associated network cabling.
Work with project managers and technicians to enable new client installations.
Firmware and hardware upgrades port identification.
Receive and document incoming and outgoing shipments.
Respond to and resolve alarm events affecting infrastructure and services.

🎯 Requirements

2-year technical degree or 1-4 years relevant tech experience
Experience with network cabling termination: Ethernet, CAT6, fiber
Experience with routine data center maintenance tasks
Familiarity with operating systems and hardware
Basic networking terminology and media identification
US work authorization; no visa sponsorship now or in future
