Diagnose and troubleshoot data center equipment with team, contractors, and vendors.
Install servers and networking gear into racks with cabling.
Facilitate new client service installations with project managers and technicians.
Respond to alarm events; manage Change Control and review MOPs.
On-call after-hours support; oversee maintenance and vendor break/fix.
Develop knowledge of building systems; assist clients with cabinet/cage issues and power.

🎯 Requirements

Two-year technical degree or 1-4 years tech experience (military MOS ok)
Networking cabling termination: Ethernet, Cat6, Fiber
Data center maintenance experience; airflow and cooling familiarity
Familiar with telco central office equipment/transport systems
Hardware/software proficiency; MS Office; web browsers
Electrical knowledge; problem solving; documentation; strong communication
