🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on data center ops, structured cabling, telecom, or IT infra.
- Strong knowledge of copper/fiber media, patching, testing, and physical-layer troubleshooting.
- Ability to work precisely in live customer environments without unnecessary risk.
- Detail-oriented labeling, documentation, change control, and customer-facing tasks.
- Recognize abnormalities and escalate clearly with useful context.
- HS diploma or equivalent; technical training or related certifications preferred.
