- Provision and troubleshoot interconnection services within physical-layer scope

- Maintain documentation for cross-connects, paths, and capacity
- Support rack-and-stack, optic swaps, cable management, and visual checks
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience in data center operations or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of copper and fiber media, patching, cable testing, and physical-layer troubleshooting
- Ability to work precisely in live customer environments without risk
- Attention to labeling, documentation, change control, and customer-facing tasks
- Ability to recognize environmental, equipment, or operational abnormalities and escalate clearly
- Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment with responsiveness and professionalism
