🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on data center ops, structured cabling, telecom, IT infra
- Strong knowledge of copper and fiber media; patching, cable testing, physical-layer troubleshooting
- Ability to work precisely in live customer environments without risk
- Strong labeling, documentation, change control, and customer-facing task execution
- Comfortable in a 24x7 environment with on-call rotations
- High school diploma; technical training or certifications preferred; 2+ years in data center ops
