Data Center Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of 24x7 data center operations across facilities.
• Develop and manage shift schedules to ensure coverage and continuity.
• Establish clear performance expectations and drive accountability across shifts.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and development planning.
• Maintain site documentation including capacity tracking, power distribution, and layouts.
• Ensure reliable operation of mission-critical electrical, mechanical, and supporting systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data center, colocation, or mission-critical facility ops.
• 2+ years leading technical teams in a 24x7 environment.
• Experience leading operations in mission-critical facilities with generators, ATS, UPS, switchgear, and cooling.
• Experience operating in multi-tenant or carrier-neutral data centers.
• Working knowledge of structured cabling, fiber/copper cross-connects, and interconnection services.
• Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams and technical documentation.
