Data Center Lease Administration Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lease administration for the data center portfolio
• Ensure lease data accuracy, terms, SLAs, and financials
• Ensure ASC 842 and SOX compliance across lease records
• Manage lease commencements and monthly close with Accounting/Finance
• Review critical lease attributes: rent, escalations, options, term rights
• Govern lease data in enterprise systems and maintain audit readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in lease accounting & administration (ASC 842)
• Experience in SOX-controlled environments and audits
• Strong understanding of data center lease terms, SLAs, and structures
• Proven ability to manage complex lease data with high accuracy
• Cross-functional collaboration with Data Center Operations, Legal, Accounting and Finance
• Independent owner in a fast-paced, scaling environment
