📋 Description

• Operate, inspect, maintain, repair, and modify critical cooling systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems per standards.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and repair to restore cooling performance.
• Support upgrades and installations with proper integration.
• Monitor equipment and environmental trends to spot risks early.
• Provide technical oversight during vendor maintenance and service activities.
• Document maintenance activities and findings accurately.
• Maintain readiness of HVAC tools and spare parts.
• Provide mechanical support during incidents and audits within scope.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems experience.
• Deep understanding of cooling, airflow, refrigeration circuits and controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly in live critical environments.
• Strong refrigerant handling, lockout/tagout, PPE, and safety practices.
• Experience coordinating maintenance with vendors and return-to-service validation.
• Attention to documentation and safe work execution.
