🎯 Requirements
- HVAC certification, refrigeration certification, or equivalent trade qualification required
- 5+ years with HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical systems in mission-critical environments
- Strong knowledge of chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, pumps, valves, and cooling towers
- Experience with preventive maintenance, corrective repair, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with refrigerant handling, environmental regulations, and mechanical safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
