Oversee medium-impact projects, coordinate resources, project execution, and communication.
Identify infrastructure risks and performance gaps.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure.
Lead RCAs to prevent recurrence of issues.
Develop and document MOPs for critical maintenance.
Develop and implement SOPs and EOPs to standardize operations and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

2 years+ experience with electrical, mechanical, life safety and monitoring equipment maintenance in data centers or critical environments.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Advanced knowledge of HVAC, HV/LV switch boards, Transformers, Chillers, BMS (Trend), Fire Alarms, Sprinkler systems, UPS, Lead-acid batteries, Generators, PDUs, and RPPs.
Knowledge of Health and Safety at work acts (method statements, risk assessments).
Knowledge of Building Automation and Power Management Systems.
