🎯 Requirements

- Deep expertise in wholesale power markets, interconnection processes, and transmission planning.
- Experience securing 100+ MW of capacity and complex PPAs or off-take agreements.
- Proficient in energy market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and grid constraints.
- Strong stakeholder management with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, regulators, policymakers, and vendors.
- Excellent communication; translate grid/regulatory dynamics for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bonus: datacenter/AI infra procurement experience; hyperscale requirements; regulatory affairs; grid tech familiarity.
