- Lead electrical design for APAC data centers, incl. utility interface and HV infra.
- Develop and maintain design basis and specs for power distribution.
- Perform short-circuit, protection coordination, arc flash, load-flow analyses.
- Read floor plans and plan DC hall layouts with rack positions and cabling.
- Drive prefabrication and modular strategy with offsite manufacturing.
- Collaborate with hardware/compute and supply chain to align electrical design.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in electrical engineering for mission-critical facilities.
- Deep familiarity with AS/NZS 3000, 2067, 3008, 61439 and DNSPs/regulatory.
- Hands-on with prefabricated/modular data center electrical infra (offsite manufacturing).
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Eng; RPEQ/CPEng valued.
- Experience producing/reviewing electrical construction docs, single-line diagrams, equipment specs.
- Strong knowledge of rack layout, structured cabling, power distribution, and cooling.
